Accessibility

The accessibility standard Otopair is working toward across the app and the website, and how to tell us when something doesn’t work for you.

Otopair is working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the app and the website. We test against it, fix what we find, and fix what you tell us about.

If something in Otopair doesn’t work for you — a screen reader, contrast, motion, a control you can’t reach — email support@otopair.com. Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. A person will reply, and we’ll get you the information or service you need another way while we fix it.
