Service intervals depend on mileage, and the app has no way to read your odometer, so it asks. The check-in appears in the app when it is due.
What it asks
- Your current mileage.
- Any service done outside Otopair since the last check-in.
- Any dashboard warning lights on right now.
- Anything unusual you have noticed.
What your answers do
The mileage refreshes when each item comes due. Items you confirm are treated as confirmed until the next check-in, 90 days later. Warning lights you report are logged against the car. Your answers are self-reported; a record from a shop is what makes an item verified.
If you skip it, nothing is charged or lost; the score just leans on older information until you answer. See how the health score works.
