You tell Oto what your car is doing. Oto turns that into a scoped job, shows you verified shops nearby with the price for your job, and locks the price when you book. A $20 hold reserves the slot; the locked price is what you pay, and any extra work has to be approved by you in the app first.

Staten Island is the first market. Until Manhattan opens, a Manhattan driver will be able to book a Staten Island shop.
